By downloading, installing, or using Standard Time® software or any related services provided by Scoutwest, Inc. ("Scoutwest," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software or services.
Subject to your compliance with these terms and timely payment of any applicable subscription fees, Scoutwest grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Standard Time® solely for your internal business operations. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or distribute the software to third parties.
Standard Time® is offered under subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize Scoutwest to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in Section 4.
Standard Time® may be downloaded and evaluated free of charge for a period of 30 days. No credit card is required to begin a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a valid subscription. Trial data is not guaranteed to be preserved after the trial expires.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal or by contacting us at support@strdtime.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. Refund requests due to billing errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Standard Time® and all related software, documentation, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of Scoutwest, Inc. "Standard Time®" is a registered trademark of Scoutwest, Inc. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the software without prior written consent from Scoutwest.
You agree not to use Standard Time® to:
Standard Time® is installed and operated on your own servers or cloud infrastructure. Scoutwest does not collect, store, or have access to your business data entered into the software. You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your data. For cloud-hosted trials and test environments operated by Scoutwest, data may be reset periodically without notice.
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Scoutwest does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scoutwest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Standard Time®, even if Scoutwest has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Scoutwest's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Scoutwest reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Standard Time® after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
